OPERATİF ZORLUK SKORUNA GÖRE SINIFLANDIRILAN GÖMÜLÜ 3. MOLAR DİŞLERİN CERRAHİ ÇEKİMLERİNDE GÖRÜLEN KOMPLİKASYONLARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, operatif
zorluk skoruna göre sınıflandırılan gömülü yirmi yaş dişlerinin çekimini
takiben görülen komplikasyonların değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmamıza,
99’u alt  21’i üst gömülü yirmi yaş dişi
olmak üzere 73’ü kadın  47’si erkek
toplam 120 hasta dâhil edildi. Operatif zorluk skoruna göre sınıflandırılan
gömülü yirmi yaş dişlerinin cerrahi çekimlerinde görülen komplikasyonlar
değerlendirildi. Bulgu: 
Postoperatif olarak hastaların 3’ünde (%2,5) alveolar osteitis, 1’inde
(%0,8) cerrahi alan enfeksiyonu, 2’sinde ise (%1,6) geçici parestezi olduğu
görüldü. Sonuç: Alt çenede üst çeneye göre gömülü yirmi yaş dişlerinin
cerrahi çekimlerinde daha sık komplikasyon görülmektedir.
