Fortune 500 Türkiye Raporunda Açıklanan Otomotiv Firmalarının Performans Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’nin en büyük anahtar endüstrilerinden biri olan otomotiv sektöründeki öncü işletmelerin performanslarını kritik ekonomik ölçütler doğrultusunda değerlendirmektir. Araştırmaya konu olan işletmeler, 2018 Fortune Türkiye raporunda otomotiv sektöründe ulusal/uluslararası düzeyde faaliyet gösteren en başarılı 10 firmadan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada 9 ekonomik kriter 5 uzman tarafından kendi bilgi ve tecrübeleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiş ve Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden SWARA (Step- Wise Weight Assesment Ratio) ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Uzmanlar tarafından performansı en belirleyici 3 ekonomik gösterge sırasıyla öz kaynak, net satışlar ve FVÖK olarak belirlenmiştir. Uygulamanın ikinci kısmında, Gri İlişkisel Analiz Yöntemi kullanılarak performansı en yüksek olan işletme “Ford Otomotiv” olarak belirlenmiştir.

Performance Evaluation Of Automotive Companies Announced in Fortune 500 Turkey Report

Öz

The aim of this study, the performance of pioneering businesses in the automotive sector, one of Turkey's largest industrial key is to evaluate the critical economic criterions. Research Fortune 2018 businesses that are subject to national or international level in Turkey operating in the automotive industry report consists of the top 10 enterprises. In the study, 9 economic criteria were evaluated by 5 experts in line with their knowledge and experience and were weighted with SWARA (Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio), which is one of the Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods. The 3 most determining economic indicators for businesses in the automotive sector by experts are as follows: equity, net sales, and EBIT. In the second part of the application, using the Gray Relational Analysis Method, the company with the highest performance has been concluded as “Ford Otomotiv”.
