Bio
Hakan KOCAMAN graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Engineering in June 2011 and completed his master’s degree with thesis at Sakarya University, Institute of Science in January 2019. Since September 2022, he has been continuing his doctorate education at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Graduate Education Institute. He started to work in Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration (SASKİ) General Directorate Planning and Investment Department for 2 years as a survey engineer, where he started working in August 2011. Later, he transferred to SASKİ Information Processing Department, where he worked as the Head of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) between 2013-2017, and then as Software and GIS Branch Manager between 2017-2023. In May 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. He is married and has 2 children.
