Dr. Ayhan Istanbullu received his undergraduate degree (1993) and his Ph.D from the Electronic and Computer Science Education Department of the Gazi University (2003), Turkey. He worked as an instructor at the University of Mugla, in the Department of Electronic and Computer Science Education between 2001 and 2006.. He currently works as an Professor in Computer Engineering Department of Balikesir University, Turkey. ,He has participated in European Remote Radio Laboratory project (EU LdV) and he has acted as project partner (2006-2008). His current research interests include the investigation of information technologies.

Yüksek lisans eğitimini, Kocaeli Üniversitesi, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölümününde 2012 yılında tamamlayarak master derecesini aldı. Doktora eğitimini Sakarya Üniversitesi, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölümünde 2016 yılında tamamlayarak doktora derecesini aldı. Şuan Sakarya Üniversitesi Bilgisayar ve Bilişim Bilimleri Fakültesi, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölümünde Dr. Öğr. Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. Ulusal ve uluslararası birçok yayını ve bu yayınlara atıfları bulunmaktadır. Birçok uluslararası bilimsel sempozyumlarda düzenleyici olarak görev almıştır. Lisans düzeyinde vermiş olduğu birçok dersin yanında basılmış bilimsel kitapları bulunmaktadır. Makine öğrenmesi, elektronik burun, bulanık mantık, enerji tüketim tahmini, yazılım testi ve kalitesi çalıştığı konular arasındadır. TÜBİTAK projelerinde danışmanlık yapmaktadır. Evli ve 3 çocuk babasıdır.

Short Biography

Orhan ER, received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the Sakarya University of Turkey, in 2001, 2004, and 2009, respectively, B.Sc., M.Sc. degrees in computer engineering and Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering. He worked in different departments including Computers Engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering departments since 2002. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at İzmir Bakırçay University. His research interests are performance modelling and optimization of machine learning, artificial neural networks and artificial immune systems applications in healthcare.

Resul Daş has been working as Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at the University of Firat, where he has been a faculty member since 2011. From 2000 to 2011 he served as both instructor and network administrator at the Department of Informatics at the Firat University. He is the instructor and the coordinator of Cisco Networking Academy Program since 2002 at this university. He graduated B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Computer Science at the Fırat University in 1999 and 2002 respectively. Then he completed his Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering at the same university in 2008. He also worked between September 2017 and June 2018 as a visiting professor at the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He has authored more than seventy papers in international conference proceedings and refereed journals and has been actively serving as a reviewer for international journals and conferences. And also he has been serving as Associate Editor for Journal of IEEE Access and Turkish Journal Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His current research areas include computer networks and network security, cyber-security, software design and architecture, IoT/M2M applications, knowledge discovery, and multi-sensor data fusion.
